Stephanie serves as the intake specialist for the entire firm, in a dual capacity as she assists in the initiation of personal injury cases and tax cases. In regards to personal injury cases Stephanie engages with a diverse set of clients by gathering treatment updates and essential information about their cases.

Stephanie also serves as the intake specialist for the tax division where in just a short period of time she has had a tremendous impact. Stephanie is able to assist clients in navigating thousands of dollars in tax debts, prepping tax returns, organizing tax dispute packages, along with assisting Attorney Sara Witherspoon in an array of tax areas. Additionally, Stephanie has enabled the firm to reach their Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the legal support they need in both areas of the law.

Passionate about travel, Stephanie loves visiting new cities and has explored over 18 states, frequently traveling to Mexico to spend time with family and immerse herself in her culture. An outdoors enthusiast, she enjoys camping, gathering around the fire, and relaxing in her hammock. Stephanie also loves holiday activities, watching movies, shopping, bowling, and trying new food places in her hometown of Columbia, SC. Family gatherings are especially important to her, particularly the moments shared with her mom and boyfriend. She also makes time to visit her daughter’s cemetery, valuing those quiet moments. Her resilience and compassion for others, combined with her intelligence and boundless energy, make her a valuable addition to our team.
